The "Things that make living here unique" page displays information about recurring events and community activities. Detailed information as well as building notices are posted on the various bulletin boards in the building.
Information about and rules for the use of our amenities such as the Guest Suite, Multi-purpose Room, Exercise Facility and Media & Meeting Room are found in the Documents Library.
Information on life at the Kingsway such as house rules, use of the amenities, elevator bookings and permission for renovations as well as the corporation’s legal documentation, which you may need to access from time to time, are also found in the Document Library.

The forms found in the Library can be filled out on your computer and emailed to the Property Manager. Alternatively, you can print the form, fill it out by hand, if you prefer, and deliver it to the Concierge.

If you own or are thinking of buying a plug-in electric vehicle there is a convenient charging solution. Through an agreement with our charging provider you can arrange to have a charging station installed in your parking space. For up to date costs and to arrange installation please contact our Property Manager.

The Book Club meets the first Tuesday of each month from September through June in the multi-purpose room at 7:00 p.m. The reading list is posted in the mail room and new members are always welcome.
The Social Committee organizes a variety of social gatherings for residents throughout the year. These include dinners, cocktail parties and gatherings for morning coffee. The events are always publicized on the bulletin boards. It’s a great way for you to meet other residents and develop friendships so please plan to attend.
The Golf Club facilitates: Finding golf partners, organizing tee times, and social events. The Club is a volunteer group that makes use of public courses and our own meeting, entertainment and recreational facilities. There are no membership fees so sign up in the mail room for this season’s activities and someone from the club will contact you via email.

One of the many benefits of life at The Kingsway Condominiums is our guest suite. A pleasant night is guaranteed for your overnight guests with a queen size bed, fine linens and ensuite bath.
Other amenities include cable flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi internet service. This, along with a few coffee table books, makes this room “just like home”.
If you don’t have an extra room or if your guests would appreciate a little more privacy this is the perfect solution.
The suite, available on a “first come first serve” basis, is conveniently located on the main (lobby) floor between the concierge desk and the guest parking entrance. The room may be reserved for one night or several. A reasonable rental fee is charged to cover the cost of cleaning, maintenance and linen services.

If you are holding a larger gathering you may reserve the Multi-purpose Room situated off the main lobby for a reasonable fee. The room frequently hosts a variety of parties and other events.
In order to reduce the impact of noise on other residents, guests are requested not to use the adjacent outdoor patio space.
The small media room off the multi-purpose room is available for residents to use whenever there isn’t a function scheduled in the main room. With it’s large screen cable TV and DVD player it is the perfect place to watch films with friends or for neighbours to gather to see the big game.
The media room is also home to a small library comprised of donated books. Our books may be borrowed by any resident provided they are returned once read.
The Board Room just beyond the Concierge desk on the east side of the building is available to any resident for more formal meetings.
There is no charge to use the media and board rooms, however, it is essential that the rooms be left in the condition that they were found.

We have a wonderful indoor heated pool for laps or simply to enjoy a casual swim. There is also a relaxing hot tub to bubble away those tired muscles.
Attached to the pool are men’s and ladies’ dressing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets and a gym with a variety of top of the line exercise equipment. The pool and gym look out onto a private garden through floor to ceiling windows for a bright, inviting environment.
Residents are requested to shower before using the pool and hot tub in order to comply with health regulations and help with water sanitization. When using the exercise equipment please use the towels and spray cleaners found in the room to wipe down the hand holds, mats and weight equipment after use. Please do not wear hard soled street shoes in these areas.
Children and guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The pool has no lifeguard. It is used at one’s own risk.
Elsa Ambo, our property manager, came to us with 15 years of building management experience to her credit, 11 of which were with Crossbridge, our property management service provider. Her first day here was November 1st, 2014 and she has been full time since, a testament to a vote of confidence by our Board.
In her time here Elsa has made a significant impact with her calm efficiency and well-honed organizational skills.
Elsa emigrated from Albania in 1999 with her two sons, then age 7 and 11. Her sons have flourished here, with the elder having graduated from university and started working, and the younger currently still attending university. Elsa is happily surrounded by her family, including her parents and brother, as well as many friends, all who are fellow Albanian emigrants.
Outside of working hours Elsa is athletically inclined, enjoying a variety of active sports including biking. She is also an avid and talented amateur painter. Her interest in art was encouraged by her parents from early childhood days.
Elsa is someone who really enjoys her work and is happy being part of the Kingsway Condominiums family. In fact she has said she “...felt at home here since my first day on the job.” She notes that Kingsway owners and staff “work together to make a beautiful team. That makes a very pleasant atmosphere for me to work!”
We are happy that Elsa has joined our community and is now an integral part of the “beautiful team” to which she referred.

The Board of Directors consists of five elected members, three of whom take on the roles of President, Treasurer and Secretary. Owners may visit the owner's private site to see the current Board members.
The concierge desk is manned 24/7 with the exception of times when the concierge is on patrol checking the building.
